Futures Trading – Terms of Use
- Market volatility
- Platform delays or outages
- Latency or execution lags
- Account mismanagement or trading errors
- Incorrect or outdated information displayed due to third-party system limitations
- Force majeure events
- Regulatory changes affecting market access or conditions
- By using the Coinoverse Futures service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. Coinoverse, its affiliates, employees, agents, or service providers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Futures service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:
- Market Risks: Sudden price movements, liquidity issues, slippage, or market gapping that may result in unexpected losses or inability to close positions.
- Leverage Risks: Amplified losses due to the leveraged nature of futures trading.
- Execution Delays: Delays in order transmission or execution resulting from internet connectivity issues, server overload, or technical errors on MetaTrader 5 or Coinoverse platforms.
- Display Errors: Mismatches between displayed prices, account balances, order status, or other data as shown on Coinoverse due to delays or inaccuracies in the data feed from MetaTrader 5.
- Order Rejections: Rejected or failed trade orders caused by technical errors, insufficient margin, or MT5 server-side restrictions.
- Downtime: Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or service interruptions of either Coinoverse or MetaTrader 5 that may affect your ability to trade, monitor positions, or access your account.
- Third-Party Failures: Malfunctions or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, such as MetaTrader 5, liquidity providers, hosting providers, or data vendors.
- Cybersecurity Threats: Unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, or any other forms of cyberattack that may impact your account or trading activities, despite reasonable security measures taken by Coinoverse.
- Force Majeure Events: Events outside of our control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, power outages, or government actions, which may disrupt trading or service availability.
- User Errors: Mistakes in placing orders, misunderstanding of market mechanics, failure to maintain adequate margin, or mismanagement of your account.
- Coinoverse provides no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Futures trading service. We do not act as your financial advisor, and nothing on our platform should be considered as financial, investment, or legal advice.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinoverse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Futures service or any breach of these Terms.
